Unleavened Flat Bread
....
Directions: each kid has a bowl and adds 1/4 cup flour, a shake or 2 of salt, then 1 tablespoon each oil and salt; kids mix with a spoon and then finish mixing with their hands, pat out the "bread" somewhat flat; bake on a griddle or frying pan (shouldn't need to spray it or add oil, since the dough has oil in it)
Supplies: flour, salt, oil, water; bowls, spoons, 1/4 cup measure, 2 tablespoon measures; griddle or frying pan and spatula
Notes:Sorry no picture - I did this recently and it worked, so I wanted to write down what I'd done - the kids were fascinated that they could make their own unleavened bread!; for 4-6 kids, you could mix ahead of time (1 C flour, bit of salt, 1/4 C water, 1/4 C oil) and they pat out their own for you to cook
