10 Lepers Strip Craft
Luke 17
Directions: download pdf below; copy; kids color and cut out the figures and fold in half; cut strips apart, color (optional, or copy onto colored paper), and fold in half lengthwise; staple figures in strips and staple strips together (see notes)
Supplies: paper, crayons, scissors, stapler
Notes:after making the example below, I came up with strips with words on them to help tell the story, so here's how it should be set up:
1) when they are all closed up (like the picture below), the big group should be on the front with the "10 lepers" strip showing
2) the big group and single man flip to the right and the strip below Jesus has the "10 men" strip showing
3) the single man swings back to the left as he returns to Jesus and he has the "But only 1" strip that he's stapled to showing
That sounds confusing, but I think that if you put an example together it will make sense!
